c. Timeline - Grants deadline: 9/15 - Final Grant Proposal November 15 2023

 d. What needs to be done next?

1. Have we obtained written confirmation from Ted Johnson of his agreement to commence the study with the seven of the nine standard assessments/components?

2. Distribution of written validation of why/how we chose Onterra to include in the grant submission? – Jen

3  Distribution of 2018 Lake Management Plan and committee assignments/responsibilities from sign up at last meeting.

4.  Any further discussion regarding fundraising and what our committee’s responsibility is vs elected board responsibilities?
